Juan Gonzalo Flores, International Finance Corporation (IFC). With more than 30 years of work experience, Juan Gonzalo is a specialist in the development of the private sector. Before joining the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Juan worked for 13 years at the headquarters of the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) in Venezuela, as well as at its representative offices in Ecuador and Bolivia. As Chief Investment Officer, he developed the portfolio of CAF’s financial and corporate institutions for the Andean Countries. He also worked for more than 5 years with the Civil Service of Bolivia, where he was the Director of External Financing of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning. Juan began his professional career at the largest commercial bank in Bolivia, holding various positions during his 7-year stay.
