This is the collection of papers presented at the International Conference on Agricultural Risk and Food Security 2010, held in Beijing China from 10-12 June 2010. This collection discusses topics ranging from agricultural insurance and government interventions, to natural disaster risk management and risk assessments. Some of the papers are case studies, while some more generally discuss food security, agricultural hazards, risks, and risk management options, as well as potential policy solutions.
