This report discusses the implementation and management of the Fodder Innovation Project in Ikire, South West Nigeria over the first quarter of 2009. It comprises: multi stakeholder processes (MSP), KPO action for change, the monitoring and learning system and most significant events or change. Finally, a synthesis of generic lessons, albeit preliminary, is attempted.
