Dandam is the Plateau State Fadama III Co-ordinator who led the farmers to establish the Plateau Fadama Farmers Micro Finance Bank that is the first farmers owned bank in the country. In this interview, he explained that farmers in the state have started planning how to establish an industry for processing their farm produce.
