Botswana: Farmers Can Export Live Cattle

allAfrica (Aug. 14, 2013) | In view of the impending drought declared by government recently, farmers will now export live cattle effective August 5 to December 31. A press release from the Minister of Agriculture explains that the dispensation or arrangement is subject to review at the end of the period. The release further explains that the export of live cattle will be allowed for older cattle of older than 30 months.
