The New Indian Express (July 3, 2013) | National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has clarified that it had not issued any instructions preventing the cooperatives from issuing Kisan credit cards/crop loans. All the Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies (PACS) can continue to advance loans to farmers as was being done hitherto.
