allAfrica (July 1, 2013) | The visit to Tanzania by the former US Secretary of State, Madam Hilary Clinton, in June 2011, who also took time to visit smallholder farmers in Mlandizi (60 km outside Dar es Salaam), proved yet another level of commitment by the United States of America to help improve people’s lives through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCCC).
