MENA FN (Jan. 28, 2013) | An official from the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) revealed at a press conference held by the State Council that a modern seed industry development fund sponsored by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) and China National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina) has financed CNY 1.5 billion by December 2012, which will help related companies kick off mergers and acquisitions and lure talents.
