Can-India (May 17, 2012) | Organisational apathy from Punjab Agro Foodgrains Corporation and lack of storage space has resulted in the loss of more two hundred thousands of sacks of wheat grains here, and the authorities are now planning to sell the rotting grains to breweries as buyers in the market have refused to buy the rotten wheat.
