US-China rice protocol a “possibility” – trade group

Reuters (Oct. 25, 2011) | A U.S.-China phytosanitary protocol on rice, which would allow exports of the grain to the world’s most populous country, is a possibility and may be in its final stages, a rice trade group said on Monday.
