KBC News (Oct. 3, 2011) | President Mwai Kibaki on Friday announced that the Ministries of Agriculture was liaising with the Finance ministry to expedite the establishment of a Fertilizer and Seeds Fund so as to provide farmers with affordable farm inputs.
