IFAD (August 23, 2011) | Kanayo F. Nwanze, President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), will meet senior officials this week in Helsinki and Oslo to find solutions for the immediate needs in the Horn of Africa and to discuss the longer term needs to build resilience of smallholder farmers in the region and in developing countries worldwide.
