Pakistan Observer (July 25, 2011) | Due to wrong policies of federal government and failure to import urea fertilizer in time, a crisis has been created in Punjab and the non-availability of fertilizer is leaving a negative impact on production of crops and there is a threat of loss of billions of rupees to agriculture sector. Despite the fact that a number of letters has been sent to the prime minister and federal government to take notice of non-availability of urea and increase in its prices, the situation has not improved.
