Philippine Information Agency (June 30, 2011) | The revival of the coffee industry is now on the ground as the Department of Agriculture (DA), region 10, has distributed Coffee Hulling Machines (CHM) to the different local government units (LGUs) and Municipal Agriculture and Fishery Councils (MAFCs) in the region.
