CPI Financial (Mar. 15, 2011) | Forward Management has launched the Forward Commodity Long/Short Strategy Fund (FCOMX), a mutual fund that will attempt to profit from both up and down movements of commodity prices. While commodity mutual funds have been available since 1997, the new fund is only the third pure commodity fund launched to date that uses an unbiased long/short strategy.
