All Africa (Jan. 22, 2011) | Underutilisation of the country’s dams, especially by agriculturalists is hindering the ability of the sector to producce sufficient food for the nation even as the Ministry of Water Resources challenges agriculture experts to sufficiently exploit the dams for massive food production.
