Rasheed Sulaiman is the Director of the Centre for Research on Innovation and Science Policy (CRISP), Hyderabad, India. He has more than 20 years research experience in the area of Agricultural Extension and application of Innovation Systems Framework in Agriculture. He is currently the Chair of the Steering Committee of the Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS).
