NNT (Jan. 9, 2014) | The Labor Union of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) opposes the board’s decision to finance the rice subsidy program with liquidity surplus of 55 billion baht. The labor union said it was concerned that the bank’s customers will withdraw their deposits.
