Deccan Chronicle (Sep. 16, 2013) | Union minister for agriculture Sharad Pawar on Sunday, said that the Centre will happily extend financial help to Andhra Pradesh government in turn to farmers in the recent floods, if the AP government submits a memorandum on crop damage seeking help from the Government of India and Union ministry for agriculture as early as possible.
