allAfrica (June 18, 2013) | The Government of The Gambia in partnership with the World Food Programme and the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) with funding from the European Union (EU) on Tuesday officially launched the MDG 1C Initiative at a tune of 7.6 Million Euros, meant to improve food security and nutrition through crop production intensification and school feeding programme in The Gambia.
