The New Indian Express (Apr. 23, 2013) | The Ernakulam District Cooperative Bank (EDCB) plans to start 14 new branches. The bank is gearing up to implement a slew of activities, the focus of which will be on agriculture. This was revealed at the first annual general body meeting held under the newly elected UDF panel. N P Paulose, president, EDCB, told Express that the major thrust of the activities will be in agrarian sector.
