GMA News (June 7, 2012) | Bureau of Customs Commissioner Rozzano Rufino Biazon said Thursday that the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service unit, led by its Director Fernandino Tuason, seized a shipment of smuggled onions from Hong Kong at the Manila International Container Port.
