Tanzania: Rukwa Farmers Commend Government for Lifting Maize Export Ban

All Africa (Feb. 13, 2012) | Farmers in Rukwa region have commended the government for lifting the ban on exportation of maize to the neighbouring countries, saying it has been a great relief for them to address bumper harvest experienced for years.
