All Africa (Feb. 6, 2012) | Water is essential to all life – human, animal and vegetation, therefore it is imperative that adequate supply of the commodity is developed to sustain such life. The development of water supply should, however, be under-taken in such a way as to preserve the hydrological balance and the biological functions of all ecosystems.
