PIA (Feb. 6, 2012) | An estimated damage of P166,726,989.50 in agriculture have been left by tropical storm Sendong in Northern Mindanao, last year. Data gathered by the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) region 10 show that Sendong destroyed some 3,000.235 hectares of land planted to crops, particularly, rice, corn and vegetables with an estimated damage of P126,469,081.50.
